摘要:采用一维活塞流的反应器数学模型,结合乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯反应的动力学方程及传质、传热方程,建立了文题的数学模型。探讨了反应温度、水蒸汽与乙苯的摩尔比、压力对苯乙烯收率的影响,确定了最佳操作条件。用实际生产装置的数据检验数学模型,证实计算结果与实际数据相吻合。
A title model was built up by using one dimension plug flow reactor model,kinetic equation,heat-transfer and mass-transfer equations.Then, With this mathematicalmodel the tethnical parameters were optimized and the best ones are sought by computer.Under the conditions of reaction temperature 903K,mole ratio of water to ethyl benzene 13.54and reaction pressure 0.19~0.24 MPa,the yield of styrene is 50.49%.The mathematicalmodel was examined on a plant and proved to be reliable.
