摘要:在化工生产过程中起主导作用的反应釜其通常连续测量参数是温度、压力、流量和液位等,监控系统感兴趣的是反应进行深度的内部特性,如反应速率、反应转化率,选择性和催化剂活性等,但它们却不能直接测量。随着计算机在工业装置上的普及、工艺过程数学模型的深入研究的发展和现代控制理论的结合,使上述参量在线检测成为可能。本文以大型聚酯生产过程为例,说明计算机质量在线检测系统为操作人员提供了以前只能靠人工采样分析、滞后极大的“化学”参量;酯化率和关键组份的浓度,为确保优质高产提供了快速及时的反应过程信息。现场长期运行表明,结果是令人满意的。
Generally speaking, the parameters determined in chemical processes are usually viscosity, pressure, temperature, flowrate, level, etc. For process control, the more interested ones are the characteristic parameters of the chemical process, as reaction rate, conversion, catalyst activity and selectivity, etc. The means for determining them, however, are usually lacking.As the application of computer control to the chemical processes and process modelling is progressing, it is possible to determine the real-time values of such parameters on line with computer in large scale poly(ethylene terephthalate) production plants. In this paper, a program for this purpose is described.The system will determine the real-time values of degree of esterification, degree of polycondensation, and the concentrations of key components, which are helpful for the actual process-control, which were formerly obtained from analyses of product samples, and would thus incurr long time delays. The operation of the system in the PET production was very satisfactory, and will be described here.
