摘要：简单介绍了高等真菌深层发酵生产有用生物活性物质的种类、药用价值、结构和生物合成途径以及影响高等真菌深层发酵的因素 ,剖析了高等真菌大规模液体培养存在的问题 。
Submerged fermentation of higher fungi for production of valuable bioactive metabolites has received increasing attention around the world. This paper briefly introduces the type, biological activity, structure and biosynthetic pathway for valuable metabolites produced by submerged fermentation of higher fungi. The problems and perspectives in their large scale fermentations are also described.
