摘要：This paper briefly explains the framework of the existing service design system by analyzing the intelligent charging and changing system of NIO. Combined with the 3R principle advocated by the concept of sustainability, the service design strategy of sustainable development is put forward through the methods of key figure map, service process tracking, and service contact analysis in service design. Besides, a user-centered service mode involving all service contacts is summarized to form a closed-loop service mode of charging and changing, and ultimately promote the benign development of the charging and changing industry of new energy vehicles.
