摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of chitosan-inorganic metal ionic composite microsphere adsorbent involves dissolving chitosan in acid solution, preparing chitosan solution with concentration of 0.5-8%, adding inorganic metal ionic compound aqueous solution, mixing, adding crosslinking agent, obtaining composite material, atomizing obtained product through a spraying device, collecting product obtained after atomization through the spraying device into organic solvent, centrifuging, separating, washing with distilled water, collecting obtained solids, drying, and sieving by 20-200-mesh sieve. USE - Preparation of chitosan-inorganic metal ionic composite microsphere adsorbent used in adsorption of soluble organic pollutant e.g. humic acid in industrial wastewater and drinking water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of nontoxic and biodegradable chitosan-inorganic metal ionic composite microsphere adsorbent having excellent adsorption capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of chitosan-inorganic metal ionic composite microsphere adsorbent involves dissolving chitosan in acid solution, preparing chitosan solution with concentration of 0.5-8%, adding inorganic metal ionic compound aqueous solution, mixing, adding crosslinking agent, obtaining composite material, atomizing obtained product through a spraying device, collecting product obtained after atomization through the spraying device into organic solvent, such that the product can be solidified into microspherical particles, centrifuging, separating, washing with distilled water, collecting obtained solids, drying, and sieving by 20-200-mesh sieve. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for usage of chitosan-inorganic metal ionic composite microsphere adsorbent in adsorption of soluble organic pollutant e.g. humic acid in industrial wastewater and drinking water.
