摘要:针对低成本、高精度温度测量的需求,设计了一种兼容多型热电偶的新型测温系统。其采用24位ADC芯片直接采集微弱热电动势,通过自动归零与动态冷端补偿机制有效提升信号完整性及长期稳定性;结合静态查表优化算法,实现多分度号热电偶的一体化解算,并降低嵌入式平台资源消耗;集成无线通信模块,支持数据远程上传与本地缓存。实验表明,该系统测量准确、稳定性较好,可为高校实验课程提供一种低成本、易推广的方案。
To meet the requirements of low cost and high-precision temperature measurement,a new temperature measurement system compatible with multiple thermocouples is designed.The 24 bit ADC chip is used to directly collect the weak thermoelectric EMF,and the signal integrity and long-term stability are effectively improved through automatic zeroing and dynamic cold end compensation mechanism;Combined with the static look-up table optimization algorithm,the integrated solution of multi index thermocouple is realized,and the resource consumption of embedded platform is reduced;At the same time,the integrated wireless communication module supports remote data upload and local cache.The experiment shows that the system has the advantages of accurate measurement and good stability,and provides a low-cost and easy to promote scheme for the experimental courses in Colleges and universities.
