摘要:本文在50L自动控制发酵罐上进行了克拉维酸发酵过程温度控制优化试验。分别将发酵过程全程温度控制在24℃、26℃、28℃下进行发酵时,通过对发酵各阶段的重要参数的对比分析,发现温度对棒状链霉菌的生长和代谢有重要影响,降低对数生长期发酵温度可明显缓解前期供氧不足的矛盾。进而通过对发酵过程的变温控制,使克拉维酸的产量由原来3950mg/L提高到4500mg/L,增产11.5%。
The present work reported optimization of temperature-control strategy in the process of clavulanic acid fermentation on 50L-fermentor. Fermentations run under isothermal way in full processes at 24℃, 26℃ and 28℃ respectively. The profound parameters involved in metabolism were compared and analyzed by different phases. It was found that the temperature greatly affected the growth and metabolism of Streptomyces clavuligerus; lower temperature evidently increased the dissolved oxygen level at the idiophase. Finally a new temperature-control strategy was adopted and clavulanic acid production increased by 11.5%.
