摘要：本文基于长三角区域高质量一体化发展的宏观背景,探讨了共建园区对于区域经济一体化的作用机理。在此基础上,以沪苏两地参与共建园区建设的县级以上城市为研究对象,实证检验了共建园区对于区域经济一体化的影响。研究发现,在控制了其他变量的情况下,江苏省于2006年和2009年出台的两期共建园区政策均对区域经济一体化产生了显著的正向影响,两期政策还存在明显的"叠加效应";共建园区设立数量和分布区域的扩张也助推了区域经济一体化的进程。为促进共建园区健康发展,助力长三角区域高质量一体化,共建园区要走差异化发展之路,加大高水平园区管理模式的转移力度,健全园区共建的利益分配机制,进一步激发共建园区的内生动力。
Based on the macroscopic background of the high-quality regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta, the paper discusses the mechanism to build the co-built parks for the regional economic integration. Besides, this paper takes Shanghai city and relevant cities above the county level of Jiangsu province which have participated in the construction of co-built parks as the research objects and empirically tests the influence of co-built parks on regional economic integration. The results show that the policy effects in 2006 and 2009 issued by Jiangsu government,both have significant positive impacts on regional economic integration, and the policies of co-building the park have superimposed effect in the continuous improvement and perfection. With the expansion of the quantity and distribution of co-built parks, it is still helpful to accelerate the process of economic integration. In order to better the sustainable development of the co-built park and promote the high-quality integration of the Yangtze River Delta region, this paper proposes that co-built parks should follow the road of differentiated development, strengthen the transfer of high-level management mode, and improve the profit distribution mechanism of co-construction, so as to further stimulate the endogenous power of co-built parks.
