摘要:文题研究结果表明,高分子保护的银超微粒子分散液的导电性与反应温度、保护剂用量、还原剂种类及其用量、反应介质、银浓度、溶剂等因素密切相关,在实验范围内(银粒子直径15~400nm),银溶胶中银粒子平均大小不是影响导电性的关键因素。加入NaOH以及控制反应温度,是控制银粒子平均粒径大小的有效方法。
This article focuses on the conditions of preparing polymer protected colloidal dispersions of ultrafine sillver particles and their relations with stability and conductivity.The experimental results indicate that electric conductivity is connected with preparation temperature,the amount of polymer,the sort of reductant,the medium,the density of sil-ver and the solvent.In the research scope of the experiments(15~400nm),the average di-ameter of silver particles is not the key element to the electric conductivity,It is found that there are two effective methods to control the diameter of dispersion of silver:adding sodium hydroxide and controlling reaction temperature.
