摘要:NOVELTY - A halogen-free phosphorus-nitrogen type fire retardant material contains phosphorus-nitrogen inflation type fire retardant agent, load cerium oxide molecular sieve, and organic polymer fire retardant. The fire retardant agent is pentaerythritol organic phosphate, bipentaerythritol organic phosphate, tri-pentaerythritol organic phosphate, pentaerythritol phosphite ester, and its corresponding cyanuramide salt. The organic polymer is polypropylene, polyethylene, or acetate ethylene vinyl copolymer. USE - A halogen-free phosphorus-nitrogen type fire retardant material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material exhibits high thermal stability and increased fire retardant performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Halogen-free phosphorus-nitrogen type fire retardant material comprises phosphorus-nitrogen inflation type fire retardant agent, load cerium oxide molecular sieve, and organic polymer fire retardant. The fire retardant agent is pentaerythritol organic phosphate, bipentaerythritol organic phosphate, tri-pentaerythritol organic phosphate, pentaerythritol phosphite ester, and its corresponding cyanuramide salt. It can be a combined system of poly organic phosphate (APP) or melamine organic phosphate (MPP) and pentaerythritol. The organic polymer is polypropylene, polyethylene, or acetate ethylene vinyl copolymer.
