摘要：教辅是一组在教学与科研中不可或缺的拥有专业技术的人员,做好教辅工作,首先要对其充满热情,不断提升自身专业素养,其次要做好充分的准备工作,积极参与到教学工作中去。在此结合个人的认识与经验,谈一下管理实验室的各方面注意事项,促进实验教学质量。
Auxiliary teaching staff is an indispensable group of personnel with expertise in teaching and scientific research. To be a competent auxiliary teaching staff, on the one hand, we should be passionate and improve professional knowledge progressively;on the other hand, we should do all the preparatory work and participate in teaching work. On the basis of my personal knowledge and experience, I would talk about my opinion focusing on some notes about lab management to promote the quality of teaching in organic chemistry experiments.
