摘要:为了合理利用焦化蜡油(CGO),采用甲酸/H2O2体系降低流化催化裂化(FCC)进料的含硫量。本文采用KIO3氧化和LC三组分分离法确定了焦化蜡油中噻吩硫含量。选用二苯并噻吩作为模型化合物,通过正交实验确定了甲酸/H2O2体系氧化脱硫的最佳实验条件,同时在该反应条件下考察了不同溶剂萃取氧化后CGO的脱硫效果。
In order to find a new process to avoid the high investment of HDS and improve the quality of FCC gasoline and diesel by desulfurization on the feeds in advance, formic acid/H2O2 system was used to remove organosulfur compounds in CGO. The amount of thiophenic organosulfur compounds was determined using KIO3 as oxidation reagent and neutral Al2O3 LC columns. Dibenzothiophene was selected as model compound, and orthogonal design was also employed to acquire the optimized reaction conditions. Moreover, under the optimal condition, the sulfur removing efficiency of several solvents was studied.
