摘要：医疗卫生资源的均衡发展对实现"健康中国"目标有重要意义。文章综合运用熵权法、可分解的泰尔指数法、空间自相关检验及面板数据回归模型对2009—2018年医疗卫生资源供给水平差异及其空间分布特征进行测度,并探讨影响医疗卫生资源供给水平的因素。研究表明:中国医疗卫生资源供给水平均值为0.345,呈现逐年递增趋势,不同省份间供给水平差异明显;总体泰尔指数呈现缩小态势,主要由四大经济区区域内差异造成;医疗卫生资源供给水平呈现同类集聚特征;经济发展水平和城镇化水平的提升有利于促进医疗卫生资源供给水平。
The balanced development of medical and health resources is of great significance to the realization of the goal of"Healthy China".This paper uses entropy weight method,decomposable Theil index method,spatial autocorrelation test and panel data regression model to measure the differences and spatial distribution characteristics of the medical and health resource supply level from 2009 to 2018,and then discusses the factors affecting the medical and health resource supply level.The results show that the average supply level of medical and health resources in China is 0.345,presenting an increasing trend year by year,and the supply level varies significantly among different provinces,that the overall Theil index shows a shrinking trend,mainly caused by the differences within four economic zones,that the supply level of medical and health resources presents similar agglomeration characteristics,and that the improvement of economic development level and urbanization level is conducive to promoting the supply level of medical and health resources.
