摘要:采用间苯二酚二缩水甘油醚和三苯酚乙烷在催化剂作用下合成了三官能团环氧树脂(TEP)。采用FTIR对产物进行了结构表征,验证了反应原理。研究了反应时间和催化剂用量对产物性能的影响。通过TGA、DMA分析和耐腐蚀性测试将TEP与国外784树脂的性能进行了对比。结果表明,合成反应时间45 min,催化剂加入质量分数0.05%为宜。TEP固化膜具有较好的热稳定性,起始分解温度369.6℃,比784树脂高19.5℃,550℃时残余量29.25%,玻璃化转变温度150.2℃,具有良好的耐腐蚀性。
The trifunctional epoxy resin (TEP) was synthesized in the catalyst using resorcinol diglycidyl ether and 1, 1, 1 - tris (4 - hydroxyphenyl) ethane as materials. The structure of product was characterized by FT - IR and the reaction principle was verified. The effects of reaction time and catalyst amount on the performance of product were investigated. The properties of TEP and foreign 784 resin were compared by TGA and DMA analysis and corrosion test. The results showed that the appropriate synthesis reaction time and catalyst mass fraction was 45 min and 0. 05% , respectively. The cured TEP film had good thermal stability and the initial decomposition temperature was 369.6 ℃, higher than that of 784 resin 19.5 ℃. The residual amount at 550 ℃ and glass transition temperature of TEP was 29.25% and 150. 2 ℃, respectively. The TEP had good corrosion resistance.
