摘要:选择50TeO2-30B2O3-20BaO系统作为稀土掺杂的基础玻璃,通过高温熔融法制备了不同掺杂比的Er3+/Tm3+共掺和单掺碲酸盐玻璃。通过比较共掺和单掺碲酸盐玻璃的吸收光谱和808 nm泵浦光激发下的发射光谱,发现Tm3+的掺入会降低Er3+在1 550 nm处的发光强度,通过能量传递可以得到Tm3+的1 800 nm发光。此外,Er3+/Tm3+使该玻璃具备了发光性能,当Er3+/Tm3+分别达到摩尔分数1.0%和0.4%时,发光强度达到最大值,继续提高掺杂浓度,发光强度反而减弱。
Er3+/Tm3+ single and co-doped tellurite glasses with the composition of 50 TeO2-30B2O3-20BaO were prepared by high temperature melting. The luminescence properties of samples with different Er3+/Tm3+ concentration were investigated by measuring fluorescence emission and absorption spectra. It is observed that the 1 550 nm fluorescence emission intensity decreases with the increasing of Tm3+, and 1 800 nm fluorescence emission of Tm3+ increases due to energy transfer between Er3+ and Tm3+ ions. Furthermore, the glass doped with Er3+/Tm3+ possessed fluorescence emission property and reaches maximum intensity when the Er3+/Tm3+ concentration is mole fraction of 1.0% and 0.4%, respectively, however, the intensity decreases as the dopant concentration increased further.
