摘要:通过复合配方液的动态旋转挂片实验,首次将钨酸盐与聚天冬氨酸进行复合实用配方的研究开发,筛选出无磷钨系水处理剂,得到的复合配方不含磷及重金属离子,符合环境友好的要求,挂片腐蚀速率为0.0124mm/a,缓蚀率98.71%。用静态阻垢实验评定了该无磷钨系复合水处理剂的阻垢性能,其阻垢率为91.67%。
Through rotary coupon corrosion tests, some new tungstatebased water treatment reagents without phosphorus have been studied. The formulations selected by weightlost tests have high corrosion and scale inhibition efficiency. The reagents are highly effective, lowly toxic and environmentalfriendly.
