摘要:采用极化曲线测量和交流阻抗法对 1 苯基 5 巯基四氮唑 (PMTA)、2 巯基苯并恶唑 (MBO)和 2 巯基苯并咪唑 (MBI)以及复配缓蚀剂 (PMM)在HSCH2 COOH溶液中对银的缓蚀性能进行了比较。结果显示 ,PMM对银具有更好的缓蚀效果 ,表现出协同效应。AES和XPS研究结果表明 ,PMM在银表面上所形成的防变色膜比单组分缓蚀剂防变色膜致密且稳定 。
The inhibition performance of 1\|phenyl\|5\|mercaptotetrazole (PMTA), 2\|mercaptobenzoxazole (MBO), 2\|mercaptobenzimidazole (MBI) and the built inhibitor (PMM) were evaluated for silver in HSCH\-2COOH solution by polarization curve and AC impedance method. Results showed that PMM was the most prominent among above four inhibitors and took on the synergistic effect. Results from Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES) and X\|ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) showed that the anti\|tarnishing film formed by PMM was more compact and stabilized than that of mono\|component inhibitor so that the mixed anti\|tarnishing inhibitor was more effective.
