摘要：当下中国社会问题和社会矛盾丛生的深层次原因,在于社会资源配置方式有欠科学合理。应建构新的社会资源配置理论,主要包括社会资源配置的涵义、价值目标、主体构成和行动选择。要从培育思想基础、建构新的社会资源配置体系和制度实践三个方面提出社会资源配置改革的实践路径。
Currently, social problems and social contradictions arise in China, and the deep cause lies in the way to distribute social resources. Hence, it is urgent to reform the distribution of social resources. The prerequisite for the solution is to construct a new theory of social resources distribution, which includes the definition, the value objective, the subjects, and the action choice. And the proposal is made in three aspects as thought basis, a new system of social resources distribution, and institutional practice, in terms of how to launch the reform.
