DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nitrogen oxide selective catalytic reduction oxygen-rich condition supported silver catalyst comprising taking active component and additive, dissolving in deionized water, adding carrier, soaking at 20-80 degrees C for 1-12 hours, drying, and sintering at 200-800 degrees C.
