摘要:采用原位聚合法合成出聚邻氨基苯磺酸修饰多壁碳纳米管(PASANT)。进而,以PASANT为导电填料,以水性聚氨酯乳液(WPU)为基体,采用溶液共混法制备WPU/PASANT复合材料,研究表明,PASANT能够均匀地分散在水性聚氨酯乳液中。PASANT与WPU复合后,PASANT表面的-NH基团与WPU中的羰基(尤其是脲羰基)形成了氢键,复合材料的导电性和力学性能均得以提高。当PASANT的含量为5%时,复合材料的电导率和拉伸强度比纯水性聚氨酯分别提高6个数量级和465%。
Poly(aniline-2-sulfonie acid) modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes (PASANT) were prepared by in situ oxidative polymerization. The WPU/PASANT composites were prepared by solution blend method. Results show that the PASANT equably disperse in the waterborne polyurethane (WPU). In the WPU/PASANT composites, the hydrogen bonds between -NH groups of the PASA on the surface of the PASANT and the earbonyl groups (especially the urea carbonyl groups) of the WPU were formed. The introduction of the PASANT evidently enhanced the electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of the composites. Compared with the pure WPU, the electrical conductivity and the tensile strength of the composite containing 5 % PASANT increased by 5 orders of magnitude and 465 % respectively.
