摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of 4,6-dialkoxy-1,3-phenylenediamine hydrochloride includes conducting catalytic condensation-hydrogenation of 4,6-diaminoresorcinol hydrochloride in solution of carbonyl compound and water in the presence of rare metal and transition metal catalyst and strong and weak acids for 0.5-3 hours. The mole ratio of strong acid to 4,6-diaminoresorcinol hydrochloride is 1:1-1:0.01 (preferably 1:0.2-1:0.05). USE - For preparing 4,6-dialkoxy-1,3-phenylenediamine hydrochloride. ADVANTAGE - 4,6-Dialkoxy-1,3-phenylenediamine hydrochloride is obtained in very economical way. The mole ratio of 4,6-dialkoxy-1,3-phenylenediamine can reach over 90%. Environment protection fee is reduced, because wastewater processing is easy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of 4,6-dialkoxy-1,3-phenylenediamine hydrochloride includes conducting catalytic condensation-hydrogenation of 4,6-diaminoresorcinol hydrochloride in a solution of carbonyl compound and water in the presence of rare metal and transition metal catalyst and strong and weak acids for 0.5-3 hours. The catalyst comprises mixture of strong and weak acids, stable carrier in solution of carbonyl compound and water, and rare metal and transition metal loaded on carrier. The strong acid is inorganic proton acid, e.g. hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid. The mole ratio of strong acid to 4,6-diaminoresorcinol hydrochloride is 1:1-1:0.01 (preferably 1:0.2-1:0.05).
