摘要:为了捕集阿曼原油中的重金属镍和钒,减少镍和钒对原油后续加工过程的影响,以NaBH4为缓和加氢的还原剂,以CrCl3·6H2O为金属捕集剂来捕集阿曼原油中的重金属镍、钒,考察了金属捕集剂添加量、反应温度和反应时间对金属捕集率的影响。结果表明:适宜的反应条件为NaBH4加入量(w)0.07%、CrCl3·6H2O加入量(w)0.12%、反应温度150℃、反应时间3h;在此条件下,镍的捕集率可以达到71.23%,钒的捕集率可以达到46.47%。Cr3+捕集作用的机理探究结果表明:在缓和加氢条件下,初卟啉镍外环的C—C键加氢后,连接金属镍的N—Ni键断裂,部分金属Ni从卟啉环中脱除出,卟啉环断裂,而Cr3+取代Ni 2+生成了更加稳定的金属类络合物。
In order to trap the heavy metal Ni and V in Oman crude oil and reduce their influence on the subsequent processing,with NaBH_4 as a H_2O reducing agent for producing H2,CrCl_3·6 H_2O was used as a metals trapping agent to investigate the effect of metal capture agent amount,reaction temper-ature and reaction time on the metal capture in the hydrogen atmosphere.Results show that the optimal conditions are:a temperature of 150℃,a dosage of NaBH_4 of 0.07%,a dosage of CrCl_3 of 0.12%,and a reaction time of 3 h.The trapping rates of Ni and V reach 71.23%and 46.47%,respectively under the best conditions.The mechanism of trap effect explore results shows that under the hydrogenation condition,the outer ring of etioporphyrin nickel is hydrogenated,the N--Ni bonds are broken and Ni^2+is removed from the prophyrin ring.Compared with Ni^2+,Cr^3+has a stronger binding energy and Cr^3+replaces Ni^2+and generates more stable metal complex.
