摘要:To enhance the heat transfer intensification effect, a micro heat exchanger is generally composed of a number of rectangular passages with multiple fin elements. It has been extremely difficult to determine its reliability and durability due to the complicated structures and the stress distributions up to now. In the present paper, the small deformation thin plate bending theory is introduced to analyze the deflection and stress distribution in a pressurized rectangular passage. Analytical formulae are firstly derived for a single-layer micro-channel passage with multiple support fins. The results obtained from the current analytical model are compared with those from the numerical analysis, which verify that the proposed method gives better feasibility and accuracy.
