摘要:NOVELTY - A surface-enhanced raman scattering substrate preparing method involves preparing liquid reagent by adding hydrogen peroxides, peroxide decomposition catalyst, PH adjusting agents, ionic strength modifiers prepared by free radical generators in solvent, allowing a metal foil for surface treatment. The surface treated metal foil is placed in liquid reagent at 5-180 degrees C under atmospheric pressure of air or pure oxygen, followed by allowing for auxiliary or secondary illumination under sonication, and soaking the substrate to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing surface-enhanced raman scattering substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing surface-enhanced raman scattering substrate in simple, fast and controllable manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A surface-enhanced raman scattering substrate preparing method involves preparing liquid reagent by adding hydrogen peroxides, peroxide decomposition catalyst, PH adjusting agents, ionic strength modifiers prepared by free radical generators in solvent, allowing a metal foil for surface treatment. The surface treated metal foil is placed in liquid reagent at 5-180 degrees C under atmospheric pressure of air or pure oxygen, followed by allowing for auxiliary or secondary illumination under sonication, and soaking the substrate to obtain the finished product, where the solvent is selected from water, methanol, ethanol, acetonitrile, n-hexane, n-octane, benzene, toluene, xylene and alkylene disulfide sulfone, the hydrogen peroxide is selected from hydrogen peroxide, tert-butyl hydroperoxide, amyl hydroperoxide, di-tert-butyl hydroperoxide, cyclohexyl hydroperoxide, cumene hydroperoxide, diisopropyl benzene, hydrogen peroxide, p-menthane hydroperoxide, dicumyl peroxide, azobisisobutyronitrile, cyclohexanone peroxide, ammonium persulfate, sodium persulfate and potassium persulfate, the peroxide decomposition catalyst is selected from iron(II) ion, iron(III) ion, copper ion, copper(II) ion, copper(III) ion, chromium(III) ion, chromium(VI) ion, manganese(II) ion, manganese(IV) ion and silver ion, the pH adjusting agent is selected from hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, perchloric acid, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and ammonium hydroxide, the ionic strength modifier is sodium chloride, sodium nitrate, sodium sulfate, sodium perchlorate, sodium oxalate, potassium chloride, potassium nitrate, potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, ammonium chloride, ammonium nitrate and ammonium perchlorate, the metal foil is silver, gold, palladium, platinum, copper, nickel and chromium alloy.
