摘要:以水合肼为还原剂分别制备了不同粒径的超细铜粉,研究了铜粉的制备工艺和不同粒径的铜粉在空气中的稳定性:200nm以下的铜粉在空气中不能稳定存在;300~400nm的铜粉在空气中其表面会逐渐被氧化成氧化亚铜;500nm以上的铜粉在空气中是稳定的。还采用葡萄糖预还原法改善了以水合肼直接还原得到的铜粉的均匀性。
Different sized copper powders were prepared by chemical reduction method in aqueous solutions,using hydrazine hydrate as a reductive agent.Detailed procedures and stability of the obtained powders were studied;copper powders below 200nm are unstable in the air at normal temperature,copper powders from 300~400nm can be gradually oxidized in the air and copper powders beyond 500nm are very stable in the air.Also,the size distribution improvement of the powders generalized by direct reduction of copper sulfate with hydrazine hydrate was achieved by pre reduction method with glucose.
