摘要:NOVELTY - Solid acid catalyst palladium/sulfate ion-aluminum oxide, comprises (in wt. %) palladium as a precious metal (0.2), sulfate ion (2.4-30), and gamma aluminum oxide (69.8-97.4). USE - The catalyst is useful for selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides using methane. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst utilizes a small amount of precious metal, converts nitrogen oxides and methane with high activity, reactivity and selectivity, and is produced by an economical and simple production process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing a loaded catalyst, comprising adopting an excessive dipping method as a dipping method; and (2) preparing a sulfate ion-aluminum oxide carrier, comprising: (i) soaking a specific amount of gamma aluminum oxide in different concentrations of sulfuric acid solution at room temperature for 30 minutes, where ratio of the carrier to the solution is 1.2 ml/g, and stirring once in every ten minutes during the soaking process, (ii) drying the soaked carrier in an oven at 110 degrees C for 12 hours, and (iii) baking dried carrier in a muffle furnace at 600 degrees C for 4 hours, where the heating rate of the furnace is 5 degrees C per minute.
