摘要：21世纪以来国内电商业务的飞速发展带动了快递行业的腾飞,但与此同时大量快递包装因未能及时被回收利用而造成社会资源的极大浪费。文章探究当前高校快递包装的回收现状及存在的"回收再利用意识薄弱"、"回收途径及渠道有限"、"包装材料回收率低"及"宣传及激励机制缺位"四方面问题,分析美、日、德等发达国家快递包装废弃物的回收再利用经验,提出"加大校内快递包装回收宣传力度"、"组建校内快递包装回收团队"、"设立校内快递包装回收站点"、"加强快递包装回收过程中的卫生处理"及"开发校内快递包装回收激励机制"五方面建议,探讨高校内建立有效快递包装回收体系的对策及途径。
The rise of e-commerce business in China in the 21st century has facilitated the mushrooming of its express delivery services,however,the low-rate and low-efficiency in express package recycling has caused enormous waste of social resources.By exploring the current situation and four leading problems(weak awareness in recycling,limited recycling channels,low recycling rate of packaging materials,and lacking in publicity and motivation mechanism)in express package recycling in higher education institutions and analyzing the established recycling practices in developed countries such as the U.S.,Japan,and Germany,this study propounds five constructive approaches(strengthening universitywide publicity on express package recycling,building university-wide express package recycling team,establishing university-wide express package recycling sites,strengthening the treat of hygiene issue on express package recycling and developing university-wide motivation mechanism for express package recycling)toward the establishment of an effective on-campus express package recycling system.
