摘要:在苯酚羟化制苯二酚的条件下,对JX钛硅分子筛催化剂进行了考评和反应特性研究。JX催化剂考评包括活化的、未活化的、回收利用的和再生活化的,实验证明:JX催化剂可用于苯酚羟化制苯二酚的生产。反应特性研究主要是考察反应时间、催化剂用量、氧化剂用量及加入方式、溶剂种类等因素,以及回收苯酚和丙酮的套用与回收套用工艺本身及填料材质之间的关系对反应的影响。在本反应工艺条件下,苯酚的转化率可达21.29%、苯二酚的选择性可达75%、苯二酚的邻对位比为0.9。
The paper appraises reaction and researches reaction characters for JX titanium silicalite catalyst on hydroxylation of phenol. The judgment of JX catalyst includes active, inactive, recycling and regenerative JX catalyst. Experiments prove that JX catalyst can be used of production of hydroxylation reaction of phenol with hydrogen peroxide. The study of hydroxylation reaction performance chiefly reviews the effect rule of reaction time, amount of catalyst, amount and joined mode of oxidant, kinds of solvent, decomposing of hydrogen peroxide. There is no relationship of the recycling of phenol and acetone, not of the recycling techniques itself and filling material. Under the reaction condition, the phenol conversion, the selectivity for dihydroxybenzene, the ratio of catechol and hydroquinone reached 21.29% , 75%, 0, 9.
