摘要:为了提高150 kW质子交换膜氢燃料电池用填料加湿器的加湿效果以及设备紧凑性和经济性,对喷淋层的液体预分布效果进行了分析,研究了中心对称排布的1,3,5,7,9个喷嘴的喷嘴间距、喷嘴入射方向角对喷淋层液滴分布均匀性系数及最大喷淋高度的影响。结果表明:喷嘴间距显著影响液滴分布均匀性,存在最优间距使喷淋效果最好;改变喷嘴喷射方向角可以一定程度上增加3,5个喷嘴的液滴分布均匀性系数,但对7或9个喷嘴起到减弱作用。综合得出的最优分布条件为:采用7个喷嘴、设置喷嘴间距为0.16 m及方向角为0°。研究结果可为应用于大功率PEMFC电堆及其测试系统的填料加湿器喷淋层结构设计提供指导。
In order to improve the humidification effect,equipment compactness and economy of the filler humidifier of 150 kW proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)stack,the liquid pre-distribution effect of spraying layer was simulated by numerical simulation.The effects of nozzle spacing and nozzle incident direction angle of 1,3,5,7 and 9 nozzles arranged in central symmetry on distribution uniformity coefficient of liquid droplets of the spraying layer and spraying layer height.The results show that the nozzle spacing significantly affects liquid droplet distribution uniformity and there is an optimal spacing that makes the spraying effect the best.Changing the spraying direction angle can improve the liquid droplet distribution uniformity coefficient of 3 or 5 nozzles,but has a weakening effect on 7 or 9 nozzles.The optimal distribution condition comprehensively obtained is as follows:7 nozzles adopted with the spacing being 0.16 m and the direction angle being 0°.The present study can provide guidance for the structure design of spraying layer in filler humidifier for PEMFC stack and its test system.
