摘要:NOVELTY - The preparation method of magnetic alkaline earth metal crosslinked chitosan adsorbent involves dissolving chitosan powder in 0.5-2% dilute acetic acid solution, adding 5-10 mmole/g alkaline earth metal salt compound, stirring at room temperature for 2-3 hours to form a uniform mixed solution, adding magnetic ferroferric oxide, adding the dispersed magnetic particles to solution, continuously stirring for 2-3 hours, adjusting the solution to neutral, adding 2-5 %mass glutaraldehyde for crosslinking, and then adding sodium hydroxide solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing magnetic alkaline earth metal crosslinked chitosan adsorbent, which is useful for removing anionic dyes in wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of magnetic alkaline earth metal crosslinked chitosan adsorbent with excellent acid resistance and large adsorbing capacity in an environmentally-friendly manner. The adsorbent prepared by the method has good scavenging effect on the anions in wastewater. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of magnetic alkaline earth metal crosslinked chitosan adsorbent involves dissolving chitosan powder in 0.5-2% dilute acetic acid solution, adding 5-10 mmole/g alkaline earth metal salt compound, stirring at room temperature for 2-3 hours to form a uniform mixed solution, adding magnetic ferroferric oxide, where the mass ratio of ferroferric oxide and chitosan is (0.5-1.5):1, adding the dispersed magnetic particles to solution, continuously stirring for 2-3 hours, adjusting the solution to neutral, adding 2-5 %mass glutaraldehyde for crosslinking, then adding sodium hydroxide solution so that alkaline earth metal crosslinked chitosan coated iron oxide particles are precipitated, separating out, carrying out magnetic precipitation, washing the mixture with water until neutral, and drying to obtain product. In the method, an adsorbing agent is coated on magnetic ferroferric oxide nanoparticles by crosslinking alkaline earth metal ions and chitosan. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of magnetic alkaline earth metal crosslinked chitosan adsorbent for removing anionic dyes in wastewater, where the application method of adsorbent involves adding adsorbent to a solution of anionic dye with concentration of 30-400 mg/l (taking orange yellow II as example) at a pH-value of 2-4, stirring at room temperature for 48 hours and carrying out magnetic sedimentation separation to obtain orange II dye solution and magnetic alkaline earth metal crosslinked chitosan adsorbent capable of adsorbing the orange yellow II.
