摘要：不安抗辩权是我国合同法规定的一项新的制度,其目的是维护交易秩序,保障交易安全,对该项法律制度本身以及与其相关的理论进行深入的比较研究,对正确贯彻和运用不安抗辩权有着积极的意义。
Right that contradicts uneasily, as a new institution in contract law, is designed to maintain the order and the safety of transaction. It is significant to carry out a comparative research on this institution as well as other theories that are concerned. As a result, we will have a better understanding about it and apply it correctly in the legal practice.
