摘要：“民主和平论”是当代西方世界的国际关系理论之一。它试图从国内政治结构、民意以及决策机制等国内政治因素探寻西方二战以后长期和平的原因。但就科学性而言,其逻辑推理不严密,过分强调民主制度的作用而忽略了其他因素,因而该理论是不严谨的。自2005年下半年来,我国领导人不断提出“和谐世界”的崭新理念,并日益得到关注和好评。本文主要从对这两种理论出发,对中西方的和平发展理念做出分析和比较。
“The Theory of Democratic Peace” is one of the contemporary International relation theories in the Western world. Through some domestic elements, such as domestic politics structure, popular will, and decision-making mechanism, this theory intends to look into the causes of the long-term peace after the World War II in the west world. However, scientifically speaking, the logic ratiocination of it is not tight. It excessively emphasizes the function of democratic system, and it ignores other elements. Thus, this theory is not a tight one. Recently, the leaders of China constantly propose a brand-new theory, “a Harmonious World”. At the same time, this new theory has gained great attentions and favorable comments. In this paper, through theoretical researches, I am going to give some analyses and comparisons about peace concepts in China and Western World.
