摘要：NOVELTY - The oxidant keratin fiber dyeing agent consists of oxidation dye component and oxidant component, and features that the oxidation dye component contains the compound of expression (1) in 0.001-10 wt%.The oxidant keratin fiber dyeing agent can absorb the complementary color of color light to make the dyed hair bright, natural and with fluorescence capable of being seen under ultraviolet light irradiation, and thus has raised commercial value.
