摘要：新中国成立70年的发展历程,是一部探索社会主义建设规律的历史,也是一部探索利用资本全面开展社会主义现代化建设的历史。70年来资本的社会主义化经历了曲折探索利用资本、尝试利用资本激活经济、以制度规制资本和以混合所有制改革导控资本发展的四个发展阶段,在这个过程中党和国家逐步明晰了资本在生产和社会制度方面的属性,确证了资本的文明面可以为社会主义建设所用,积累了社会主义驾驭和导控资本的有效策略。基于70年资本的社会主义化发展历程和经验总结,新时代经济发展要始终坚持以人民为中心,牢牢掌握驾驭资本发展的政治权力,始终坚持以公有制经济的主体地位导控资本发展,始终坚持马克思主义在经济发展中的指导地位。
The 70 years' development since the founding of New China in 1949 is a history of exploring the law of socialist construction and a history of exploring the use of capital to comprehensively carry out socialist modernization. In the past 70 years, the practice of socialization of capital has experienced four stages: tortuously explore the use of capital, to try to use capital to activate the economy, to regulate capital by system, and to control the development of capital by mixed ownership reform. In the process of socialization of capital, China has clarified the productive and social nature of capital, confirming that the civility of capital can be used for socialist construction and accumulates effective strategies for socialist administration of capital. Based on the practice of socialization of capital in the past 70 years, the economic development of the new era must always adhere to the principle of people-centeredness, firmly grasp the political power to control the development of capital, always adhere to the main position of the public-owned economy to guide the development of capital, and always put Marxismin the guiding position in economic development.
