摘要:NOVELTY - Manufacture of polysubstituted furan derivative (I) involves reacting gem-difluoroolefin (II) with an active methylene-containing compound (III) in an aprotic organic solvent in presence of copper salt and oxyacid salt of IA element at 90-120 degrees C. USE - Manufacture of polysubstituted furan derivative (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient and economical manufacture of polysubstituted furan derivative without using precious metal as catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of polysubstituted furan derivative of formula (I) involves reacting gem-difluoroolefin of formula (II) with an active methylene-containing compound of formula (III) in an aprotic organic solvent in presence of copper salt and oxyacid salt of IA element at 90-120 degrees C. R1=1-4C linear or branched alkyl, 1-4C linear or branched haloalkyl, 5-6-membered aryl or heterocyclyl; R2=electron-withdrawing group or group of formula (a); ring A=aryl or 4-10C heterocyclyl (both optionally substituted by 1-3 substituents chosen from 1-4C linear or branched alkyl, 1-4C linear or branched alkoxy, halo, phenyl, benzyloxy, R6S and cyano); R3=1-4C linear or branched alkyl, 1-4C linear or branched alkoxy, phenyl, or group of formula (b); R4,R5=H or 1-3C linear or branched alkyl;and R6=1-4C linear or branched alkyl. The heterocyclyl includes 1 or 2 heteroatoms chosen from O and S.
