摘要：NOVELTY - The system has a hardware comprising a wireless acceleration sensor and a wireless receiver that are arranged within a frame of network protocol for data communication. A software system is divided into a wireless sensor network protocol and a computer collecting and processing software. The wireless acceleration sensor is stored with software program. The hardware comprises a control circuit board, a wireless acceleration sensor shell, a piezoelectric type acceleration sensor, a programming magnetic base, a lithium battery and an antenna unit. USE - Industrial vibration monitoring system. ADVANTAGE - The system integrates the sensor technology, radio frequency technology, network technology and information processing technology and industrial application technology, and is provided with emergency processing mechanism, which enables processing of information in real-time and provides early warning.
