摘要：在社会转型与全面深化改革新形势下,影响社会稳定的因素日益增多、日益复杂化,越来越不利于和谐社会的建设。维护社会稳定与和谐有序发展要以创新社会治理为契机,在深刻把握其内涵精神基础上,从转变稳定理念、增强制度内聚力以及建立新型社会稳定格局与运行机制等方面超越传统的社会维稳体制格局,不断推进社会向动态稳定与和谐变革。
Under the new situation of social transition and allover-deep transformation, the influential factors of society stability areincreasing and complicating, which is not conducive to building harmony societ}^ increasingly. How to maintaindevelopment orderlyand harmoniously？ It needs to take innovation of social governance as a platform and grasp its connotation spiritsdeeply , especially to transcend traditional social stability system from paths of transforming stability idea , tem , establishing a new pattern of society stability and some operating mechanisms, so the changes of society dynamic stability and har-mony can be promoted continuously.
