摘要：历史文化名城(镇)保护规划是保护历史文化名城(镇),协调保护与建设发展,以确定保护原则、内容和重点,划定保护范围,提出保护措施为主要内容的规划专项规划设计。文章基于对永宁古镇的实践走访调研,深入了解我国各地古村落开发与保护的成功案例,探索了我国古村落旅游开发的先进经验策略,根据福建省石狮市永宁镇当地的具体情况,对古镇旅游开发中存在的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了古镇旅游开发应坚持的三大原则:以政府为主导、保护优先、合理开发;应采取的三大对策进行科学规划、创新开发思路、扩大对古镇的宣传。
Historical and cultural city（town） preservation plan is to protect the historical and cultural city（town）,protection and coordination of construction and development,to determine the protection principles,content and focus,the scope of designation of protected proposed protection measures as the main content of the plan of special planning and design.Based on the practice of visiting research Yongning town,in-depth understanding of Chinese ancient villages around the development and protection of the successful stories,and explore the ancient villages of Chinese advanced experience in tourism development strategies,Yongning Town,Shishi City,Fujian Province,according to the local circumstances,the ancient tourism development in the town of the problems analyzed,and on this basis proposed town tourism development should adhere to three principles： government-led,priority protection,rational exploitation;should take three major strategies for scientific planning,innovative development ideas,to expand the promotion of the town.
