摘要：基于核心能力理论视角,通过文献综述梳理全咨服务能力相关研究现状,概念化全咨服务能力,识别项目团队资源、项目团队自身专业能力、面向业主的商务管理能力及面向项目的集成管理能力4个维度的相关评价指标;采用Shapley值法计算影响因素的权重。根据分析可知,4个维度下权重占比最高分别为人力资源、项目管控能力、关系管理能力和风险管理能力,并提出项目团队需优化基础条件,提高团队服务、制定详细方案并加强现场管理、建立良好业主关系与全面评估项目风险等相关能力提升建议。
Based on the perspective of core capability theory,this paper reviews the current research status of the whole-process engineering consulting service capability through literature review,conceptualizes the whole-process engineering consulting service capability,and identifies the relevant evaluation indicators from four dimensions:project team resources,project team's own professional ability,client-oriented commercial management capability and project-oriented integrated management ability.The Shapley value method was used to calculate the weights of the influencing factors.According to the analysis,the dimensions with the highest weights in the four categories are human resources,project control capability,relationship management capability,and risk management capability,respectively.It is also proposed that the project team needs to optimize the foundational conditions,improve team services,formulate detailed plans and strengthen on-site management,establish positive owner relationships and comprehensively assess project risks and other related ability improvement suggestions.
