摘要:简述了三相床甲醇合成技术及其对催化剂的要求;考察了三相床甲醇合成催化剂的制备条件(一定的活性组分和助催化剂,沉淀温度为50°C,干燥温度为170°C,焙烧温度为350°C,沉淀终点pH值在8.0,催化剂成型二次压片),得到活性较高、耐磨性能较好的TPM-1型催化剂,并给出了该催化剂的孔分布数据。
The technology of three phase methanol synthesis is discussed in brief and the requirement of a catalyst is presented. A brief review of the progress of the study of catalyst preparation for three phase methanol synthesis is given. The preparation conditions of the catalyst is investigated. The conditions: determined are suitable composition of copper, zinc and promoter, coprecipitation temperature 50°C ,dry temperature 170°C, calcination temperature 350°C, and the pH value at the end of coprecipitation 8.0. A higher active and higher attrition resistant catalyst named TPM 1 is obtained. The data of pore distribution is also given.
