摘要：京杭大运河杭州段作为世界文化遗产的一部分,其有序的保护与发展离不开当地居民的积极参与。本文采取问卷调查与实地访谈相结合的方法,获取居民对当地旅游开发的经济影响、社会影响、生态影响三方面的感知。京杭大运河在申遗阶段,当地基础设施、生态环境以及社会文化得到了很好的完善、修复与发掘,旅游开发也谨慎有序,当地居民对目前旅游开发的各方面影响的感知比较正面,但同时也意识到一些负面影响。在对居民感知进行聚类分析时发现只有有矛盾的支持者、热爱者和现实主义者三类,而没一般研究中出现的顾虑者和憎恨者。居民感知因不同人口特征会有所差异,在当地生活时间的长短、与旅游业关系两个因素对旅游感知差异影响较大。
As a part of World Culture Heritage,residents＇ attitude toward the impact of tourism development in Jinghang Great Canal in Hangzhou becomes an important topic. Through an analysis on the data from questionnaire and face-to-face interview,there are 3 conclusions：（1）In general,there is a positive attitude from residents to the impact of tourism development,especially the economic dimension;（2） Only three clusters instead of five clusters can be identified through the hierarchical cluster analysis on the residents＇ perception,including＂Ambivalent Supporters＂,＂Realists＂,＂Lovers＂;（3） There exist differences between residents of different demographic characteristics. The length of time in the destination and the relation to the tourism industry are the main factors that influence the residents＇ perceptions.
