摘要：产教融合是包括生物工程学院在内的工科院校实现科技成果转化为生产力的重要途径,有利于院校自身发展和社会相关产业进步。实现产教融合必然要求学院培养一批既有扎实广博专业知识,又有深度专业创新实践能力的"T型人才"。专业社团是大学生充分发挥主观能动性进行知识学习和投身创新实践的重要平台。以华东理工大学植物社为例,剖析了专业社团助力自然科学类课程改革、实现产教融合和"T型人才"培养的基本思路,为社团在工科院校教育中的应用提供新的参考。
The integration of industry and education is an important way for engineering colleges,including the College of Biological Engineering,to realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productive forces,which is conducive to the development of the colleges themselves and the progress of social related industries.To realize that,it is necessary for the colleges to cultivate a group of"T-type talents"with solid and extensive professional knowledge,innovation and practice ability.Professional associations are an important platform for college students to give full play to their subjective initiative for knowledge learning and innovation practice.Taking the Plant Association of East China University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the basic ideas of professional associations helping the curriculum reform of natural science,realizing the integration of industry and education and cultivating"Ttype talents",and provides new reference for the application of associations in the education of engineering colleges.
