摘要：NOVELTY - A binary control expression construct comprising operably connected bacterial interaction sensing system which comprises coding sequence, and ferric uptake regulation (Fur) protein binding site sequence, is new. USE - The binary control expression construct is useful for regulating bacterial concentration based on iron ions, and preparing agent that acts against Edwardsiella tarda and Aeromonas hydrophila in animal (all claimed).
