摘要:NOVELTY - A magnetic nanoparticle immobilized Serratia marcescens lipase having enzyme activity as 500-10000 Units (U)/g; where the magnetic nanoparticle immobilized Serratia marcescens lipase uses amino magnetic nanoparticle as immobilized carrier and glutaraldehyde as cross-linking agent, to make the Serratia marcescens lipase covalent bind to the immobilized carrier, is new. USE - The magnetic nanoparticle immobilized Serratia marcescens lipase is useful for preparing optical pure diltiazem chiral intermediate (2R,3S)-(-)-p-methoxy phenyl glycidic methyl ester ((+/-)-MPGM) (claimed), preferably for enzymatic hydrolysis resolution reaction of the (+/-)-MPGM. ADVANTAGE - The immobilized enzyme can be repeated for many times; it shows fine operational stability and real application feasibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are: (1) a method for preparing the magnetic nanoparticle immobilized Serratia marcescens lipase; and (2) use of magnetic nanoparticle immobilized Serratia marcescens lipase for preparing optical pure diltiazem chiral intermediate (2R,3S)-(-)-p-methoxy phenyl glycidic methyl ester.
