摘要：NOVELTY - Substituted benzo(c)carbazole-5-carboxamide compounds (I) are new. USE - (I) are useful for treating tumor diseases, preferably lung cancer and colon cancer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has short synthetic route, and high efficiency and yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Substituted benzo(c)carbazole-5-carboxamide compounds of formula (I) are new. R1 = H, F, Cl, Br, I, NO2, NH2, sulfonyl, carboxy, alkyl or aryl; n = greater than or equal to 1; either R2 = H, aryl or alkyl or hydroxyalkyl; or 2R2 = pyrrolidine, piperidine, piperazine or morpholine ring; and R3 = H, alkyl or aryl. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing (I).
