摘要:以硫酸与水玻璃为原料,乙醇为添加剂,制备高分散沉淀白炭黑。考察了乙醇添加量对白炭黑BET比表面积、DBP吸油值和分散性能的影响,并按照HG/T 2404—2008《橡胶配合剂沉淀水合二氧化硅在丁苯胶中的鉴定》进行橡胶加工,并对其进行性能测试。结果表明,在反应液中添加适量的乙醇,可制备出高分散性、高结构性的白炭黑,其BET比表面积为165.487 3 m2/g、DBP吸油值为2.127 g/g、加工性能良好。
High dispersive precipitated silica has been prepared with sodium silicate and sulfuric acid as raw materials and with ethanol as additive.Influence of addition amounts of ethanol on the BET surface area and DBP oil absorption value of silica were investigated.According to industrial standard,Rubber Compounding Ingredients-Silica,Precipitated,HydratedEvaluation Procedures in Styrene-Butadiene Rubber,HG/T 2404—2008,the product is used for rubber processing and its properties were also tested.Results show that SiO2with high dispersibility and designability can be prepared by adding proper ethanol,its processing properties are good,BET surface area is 165.487 3 m2/g and DBP oil absorption value is 2.127 g/g.
