摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves determining size of a simulation cracking furnace that is provided with a furnace tube. Inner hearth fuel flow rate, air flow rate and raw material feeding flow rate are calculated. Furnace wall heat dissipation factor and furnace tube outlet pressure boundary value are obtained. A furnace modeling module is fixed with the furnace tube. Probability density function is performed on a standard k-epsilon turbulence model. Fluid speed of the furnace tube is adjusted. Temperature and pressure of the furnace pipe are calculated. USE - Industrial steam cracking furnace radiation section coupling simulation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing guidance for a process parameter of hydrocarbon steam cracking furnace optimization and improving applicability of the cracking furnace.
