摘要：NOVELTY - Synthesizing desflurane, comprises taking 2-chloro-2-(difluoromethoxy)-1,1,1-trifluoroethane as raw material, and carrying out fluorination reaction by using potassium fluoride as an fluorinating agent in diethylene glycol solvent under high temperature and high pressure to obtain a crude product and distilling the crude product. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing desflurane. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the production yield, and purity of the product; and is economical, suitable for industrial production, and is facilitated with increased operability.
