摘要：政府信息门户是直接为企业和公民提供服务的一个平台,也是政府优化和整合业务流程的一个平台,是电子政务的重要组成部分。Agent是一种能够感知环境并作用于环境的计算实体,具有智能性、自主性、协调性和学习性,适合于完成知识搜索、知识管理等任务。利用Agent技术构建信息门户,能够增强系统的智能性,提高系统的服务质量。本文讨论了基于Agent的信息门户在电子政务中的应用,建立了基于Agent的政府信息门户框架,并以网上并联审批过程为例分析了系统的工作过程。
Government information portal is an important portion of e - government, which is a platform to provide services directly to the enterprises and citizens, and a platform to optimize and reengineering the business process. Agent is an autonomous computing software entity with intelligence, learning ability, which can feel the environment and act on it. The application of agent into the information portal can enhance the intelligence of the system, and improve the service quality. In this paper, the application of agent technology in the e- government is discussed, and a framework of the agent- based government portal is given.
