摘要:微通道反应器用于制备生物柴油具有收率高的优势,但物料的预混合程度则是影响反应速率的关键因素。基于协同组合强化概念,设计了一种新型组合式微混合器,其包括含有7个入口的入口段和含有三角形挡板与圆形阻块构件组合的混合段,并对其混合性能进行了数值模拟研究。考察了入口角度、圆形阻块构件直径、三角形挡板构件高度及构件间的距离对油醇混合强度与压降的影响,优化得到的入口角度为30°、阻块构件直径与挡板构件高度为120μm、构件间距为330μm。结果表明:多入口与组合内构件具有协同强化混合作用,能够有效提高混合强度;雷诺数Re为1时在长度6 mm的混合段内的混合强度可以达到0.9以上,改善了操作弹性。
Microchannel reactors can be considered for biodiesel production because of their high yield,while the efficient premixing of reactants is crucial to get high reaction rates.Based on synergetic strengthening,a novel micromixer including seven inlets in enter section and inner devices of triangular baffle combined with circular blocks in mixing section were designed,the mixing performance and pressure drop of the micromixer were simulated numerically,and the influences of inlet angle,triangular baffle height and circular block diameter on the mixing intensity,mixing pressure drop were investigated.The optimized micromixer structure was proposed with 30°inlet angle,120μm triangular baffle height,120μm circular block diameter and 330μm space between the inner devices.The results reveal that the multi-inlets followed by combined inner devices micromixer possess synergetic strengthening effect on mixing,enhances the mixing intensity effectively at least high to 0.9 at Reynolds number Re=1 within 6 mm length and improves the operational flexibility.
